SET-UP:
Rodeo grounds - Friday from 4:00 - 6:00 PM, Saturday 8:00 - 10:00 AM
Downtown vendors - Saturday from 8:00 am - 9:00 AM
TEAR-DOWN:
Downtown Craft/Food Vendors: Please wait to tear down your booth until 3:00 pm Saturday, or unless told to tear down earlier by event staff.
Food Vendors at Rodeo grounds: Please wait until 10:00 PM to tear down. You may stay set up through the rest of the events if you're able.
Reminder: This is a one-day show for outside craft vendors downtown along Broadway. Outdoor food/cart vendors are able to serve Friday & Saturday at the rodeo grounds before and after the rodeo.
Tables will be available for $10 per table. You are welcome to bring your own, but if you would like us to provide one for $10, please note below. We will do our best to accommodate those who need electricity; however, electricity cannot be guaranteed. Please provide your own extension cords if needed. If you need special accommodations, please note below.
If you have a trailer or tent please note below so we can place your booth accordingly.

- Large Outdoor Business Vendors: $160 Friday & Saturday (non-refundable)
- Outdoor Business/Craft Vendors: $40 (non-refundable)
- Outdoor Non-Profit Vendors: $30 (non-refundable)
