Craft Vendors: Saturday 10:00 AM - 4:00 PM*
SET-UP:
Friday from 4:00 - 6:00 PM, Saturday 8:00 - 10:00 AM
TEAR-DOWN:
Craft Vendors: Please wait to tear down your booth until 4:00 pm Saturday, or unless told to tear down earlier by event staff.
Food Vendors: Please wait until 10:00 PM to tear down. You may stay set up through the rest of the events if you're able.
Reminder: This is a one-day show for craft vendors, but we're able to offer indoor spacing inside the J.A. Haas Building. Outdoor food/truck vendors are able to serve Friday & Saturday.
The booths will be located inside & outside the J.A. Haas Building, 400 E 18th St., Larned.
Tables will be available for $10 per table. You are welcome to bring your own, but if you would like us to provide one for $10, please note below. We will do our best to accommodate those who need electricity; however, electricity cannot be guaranteed. Please provide your own extension cords if needed. If you need special accommodations, please note below.
If you have a trailer or tent please note below so we can place your booth accordingly.
