Thank you for your interest in our annual event, Santa Fe Trail Days. Below you will find a booth entry form for vendors specializing in arts, crafts, services and/or concessions. Indoor booth spaces will be located in the J.A. Haas Building at 400 E 18th St, where as outdoor booth spaces will be located outside the J.A. Haas Building, west of the arena. This is an indoor & outdoor event. You have the option to choose a booth space in either location, first come first serve. Food truck/concessions have the option of being open Friday evening & Saturday.
BOOTH SIZES: 10’ x 10’ COSTS: (Non-Refundable)
TEAR-DOWN: Saturday beginning at 4:00 PM (craft vendors), Food Trucks after Saturday evening events
Tables will be available for $10 per table. You are welcome to bring your own, but if you would like us to provide one for $10, please note below. We will do our best to accommodate those who need electricity; however, electricity cannot be guaranteed. Please provide your own extension cords if needed. Please note any special accommodations, like access to water, below.
Complete the form and return it with your payment by May 7th, 2021. Indoor booth spaces are limited! To ensure a placement in our event, submit your entry early.
**We are continuing to follow instructions from our Pawnee County Commissioners, City of Larned, and Pawnee County Health Department regarding the health and safety of our event for the community. The health and safety of our event participants and community come first. We will contact registered vendors in the chance that we have to make a change to this event due to COVID-19.**

- Craft Vendors: Saturday, 10:00 AM - 4:00 PM
- Food Vendors: Friday 6:00 PM - Midnight; Saturday 11:00 AM - Midnight
