    “All federal, state, and local laws governing retail sales tax must be followed. I understand the rules and regulations of the show and will comply. I realize failure to comply may result in expulsion from the show.”

    You have the option to choose a booth space inside or outside, but keep in mind spaces will fill up and be given on a first come first serve basis. We will do our best to accommodate those who need electricity; however, electricity cannot be guaranteed. Please provide your own extension cords if needed. To ensure a placement in our event, get your entry in early.
    Please print two copies of this form; keep one for your records and mail one to the Larned Area Chamber of Commerce with payment.  Submitting this form will hold your registration until payment is received.
