Thank you for your interest in our annual event, Santa Fe Trail Days. Below you will find a booth entry form for vendors specializing in arts, crafts, services and/or concessions. Indoor booth spaces will be located in the J.A. Haas Building at 400 E 18th St, where as outdoor booth spaces will be located outside the J.A. Haas Building, west of the arena. This is an indoor & outdoor event. You have the option to choose a booth space in either location, first come first serve. Food truck/concessions can serve Friday evening & Saturday.
BOOTH SIZES: 10’ x 10’ COSTS: (Non-Refundable)
TEAR-DOWN: Saturday beginning at 4:00 PM (craft vendors), Food Trucks after Saturday evening events
Tables will be available for $10 per table. You are welcome to bring your own, but if you would like us to provide one for $10, please note below. We will do our best to accommodate those who need electricity; however, electricity cannot be guaranteed. Please provide your own extension cords if needed. Please note any special accommodations, like access to water, below.
Complete the form and return it with your payment by May 3rd, 2024. Food truck & Indoor booth spaces fill fast! To ensure a placement in our event, submit your entry early.

- Large Outdoor Cart Vendor: $160
- Indoor Business/Craft Vendor: FULL
- Indoor Non-Profit Vendor: FULL
- Outdoor Business/Craft Vendor: $40
- Outdoor Non-Profit Vendor: $30
- Craft Vendors: Saturday, 10:00 AM - 4:00 PM*
- *Indoor Craft Vendors have the option to begin selling as early as 8:00am on Saturday, as we will have a Biscuits & Gravy Feed inside the J.A. Haas building from 8-10am.
- Food Vendors: Friday 6:00 PM - Midnight; Saturday 11:00 AM - Midnight
